ya i know this a famous yoga institute .. the teachin methodology is fine. da problem is with da student-teacher ratio .. there is a quite a lot people in one session . i think if the students ae a bit reduced den.. we can think of inculcating da right knowledge from da institute .. but breathing techniques like Sudarshan Kriya are really use full and really very powerfull i felt da difference from da first day..
