Description
10 Downing Street is popular for the special themes that it organizes it nights around. These include Ladies Night, Retro Fridays, Casino Nite and Desi Nights.
Ten Downing Street has its regulars. And the owners and the loyalists have an all round sense of contentment. This is my kind of place. TDS is frequented by working professionals who want to unwind after a hard day's work. Couple of call center parties do come here, then after awhile realise it's not really their kinda place and drift away and restore the ambience to normal. This is a place you can go to when your boss has $@!~%d you over and TDS will welcome you & your tired, weary, minds and bodies
the food is really good. Especially the meat balls. Definitely try this. The shepherds pie is out of this world, as is the pasta. The cook for the continental stuff is great but not so for the others. The chinese snacks are average. Thai curry to be avoided at all costs. If you are in the 25-45 age group and looking for a chilled out place to relax, look no further. Teeny boppers who have started addressing me as aunty/maam, please avoid this place
Dance away ur blues at TDS (10 Downing street )
One of the reasons for TDS’ popularity is the excellent food they serve. From steaks to Pepper Chicken, the Indian, the Chinese and Continental - they are a treat to our taste buds. The Corporate lunch offer is another no-miss - shell out just ’bout a 100 bucks n enjoy the veg or non-veg platter along with a mug of beer thrown in as complimentary. If you are there in the evening the Cheese Omelet is a must try.
Have been there several times. A great place to do lunches of all types - business, casual. Very good place to hang out in the evenings nursing a drink.
We had our farewell party here. The ambience is superb, nice place to hang out with friends on weekends. The music they play is really good. Its popular for theme nights. If you haven't been to this place take my word its worth exploring.
