I purchased a Sony LCD and received good dicount plus few top up products for the amount n time invested.Overall service was good.I found the sales advisors to be on the lower end of the scale when it comes to their product knowledge. I really did not get good after sales service when I purchased refrigerator from them

Although Ezone sports a good variety of home appliances and electronics, I found the sales advisors to be on the lower end of the scale when it comes to their product knowledge.
I really did not get good after sales service when I purchased refrigerator from them.
All in all, a mixed experience.

An amazing shop to buy electronic goods. One of my favourite shops with courteous service and especially for the prices of their goods which beat any other electronic goods shop in Hyderabad or elsewhere. Honestly it deserves my full marks.
