I am unable to understand how this show room is still in existing, even with such a negligence part of the management. I think it is only the brand name of the renowned leader in business and its credentials that is protecting them. no body bothers why some one has come into their show room and is waiting or what he wants. it took almost 2 hours to get the attention of the staff and ofcourse after that one by one cuddled around and helped out by selling a 42 inch T.V, a blue ray dvd and ONKYO home theater. i requested them to deliver and install atleast the next day as they were saying, which is akshay tritiya, an auspicious day to purchase something new. but they surprised me by delivering it in late midnight, that too after so many calls to the store, delivery boy and the auto driver. the beauty is till now it is not installed, and we have already approched the show room by phone and even in person , but the best answer they have is the same tomorrow, that never comes

It is a well stocked shop and offers a wide variety of brands. But the staff is one of the worst i have ever seen. They are extremely lousy and have a laid back demeanour. Many of the staff members don't know the exact rates of the products and are not well informed about other options.They never make deliveries on the day they quote to do so. I bought a Samsung micro oven which they delivered one week after the date they had quoted. The carton was badly torn with gaping holes in them. When we asked them to get another piece the staff member started arguing. So this is how they behave. Look for products elsewhere first. And only come to this shop when you don't get it anywhere because this is not a shop where your can go with dedication.

One of he lousiest experiences buying products from this place. I came from the US for a 3 week holiday to spend time with my old and retired parents. Bought them a Samsung LCD and Samsung AC (Split). Forget about getting discounts, Bajaj shipped wrong products home. Poor Coordination between Samsung Install and Bajaj. Samsung came and installed the wrong products without even checking. Had to follow-up with Bajaj again to have them re-ship the products orginally purchased. Samsung came in again to take out the old product (AC) and reinstall the new one. The stabilizer is found to be defective and both engineers confirmed Bajaj gave us repaired/Refurbished product. Called bajaj to replace the stabilizer and then I have to cal Samsung for their technician to install A/C to stabilizer. By the way, this is just the Split A/C story. I have registered the installation for LCD TV with samsung 4 days back. No sign of them calling back to provide status. playing cat and mouse game. Still waiting. Overall, lousy experience and very poor support. I could have gone with Kroma who are giving vey nice incentives in this morning Jan 1 2011 paper (Buy a 40" LCD/LED and take a 22" LCD free..wow!)...My friends had their installs done the vey same day who bought from other places.

This is the worst showroom with absolutely no customer care. I ordered Samsung refrigerator and the agent told me during my enquiry that there are about 4 freezes in stock with my model that I have selected and it will delivered on Monday. I did all the payment formalities and when I called the showroom on Monday (tried almost 2 hours dialing almost 100 call, no one is there to pick the phone) luckily some one has picked the phone and told that there is no stock for that model in there showroom and the system is showing negative stock. If anyone wants to buy any electronic goods please do not buy it from Bajaj Electronics.

I bought a hitach AC unit from the store. Firstly, the pack didn't have the manual in it. It seems to have worked for two days and then it stopped working. When I asked the store for the manual, they took the details and said they will inform once the manual comes from the service center. They didn't, for about two weeks. When we lodged a complaint with the hitachi service center for the AC unit not working and the missing user manual, they too accepted the complaint but didn't turn up for about 3 days. When I threatened to return the AC unit, the store guys took off the user manual from some other piece and gave it me. They are literally tampering with the packed products like this and god knows what else they are doing. Even the service center guys have an opinion when they understand that the piece is bought from Bajaj Electronics.

I purchase LG AC on Sunday and they promised will deliver on Monday morning, but on Monday when I called them for delivery first they told me AC will be deliver in before 1 pm after that again I called them they said will be delivered by 3 PM .. then they told 4 PM at last they said OUT OF STOCK, they promised me to deliver on Tuesday when I called them they said they can’t do it on Tuesday there trolley has some problem. I will only suggest to all of you DO NOT ENTER INTO THIS SHOP.

This is Pretty worst showroom with all seconds stock. I ordered a whirlpool fridge and a cooler on Sunday...They promised me to deliver by Monday....They did not deliver it on Monday ...I called up on Tuesday and then in the night the fridge and cooler were delivered. when i opened the appliances i found both were not working properly. I called them immediately they said we will replace it next day.But they did not replaced it on the next day ...I would Suggest people to check the items properly and then ask for all warranty cards stamped.

Products are good and installment basis of payment is useful to users and if some more offers are provided then it will be benificiary for both users and bajaj.

Showroom is good. The good part about the store is that there is plenty of space and lots of display. The bad part is that sales people are not properly trained to answer your questions. Also after you have selected the model it still takes almost 1/2 and hour to get out of store because the billing process is screwed up. Parking is a pin. They have space for 3 or 4 car park that too on the open in the roadside.

it is very nice,and all veriateys of electronic applications are there in this shop.it is one of the best in twin cities.
